So I got this thing from work. (AKA, I accidentally took it home and I have to return it in the morning) It’s an electric shock that goes through your muscles and causes them to tense up and to contract, so that tones them. It’ll give you some hardcore abs if you use it properly. This is how much it makes me contract on the lowest setting.
